shares do not show up in analyics till next day.

I have been charged with getting add this to work for our product.
I spent all yesterday trying to get the share analytics working so that I can show my boss the share and that it shows up in reporting. Nothing all day long. I share, check analyics (nothing, wait check again) make a change, share, wait 5-15 minutes,.... repeat process.

then all of a sudden today yesterdays shows up in my analyics report.

QUESTION) HOW FREQENTLY IS SHARE INFO UPDATED IN THE ANALYICS sumary page? http://0-www.addthis.com.innopac.up.ac.za/analytics/summary?domain=cdn.nimblefish.com

the following says ever 10-20 minuets: http://0-www.addthis.com.innopac.up.ac.za/help/data-freshness#analytics_console

Question: if the data-freshness page says 10-20 minuets, why did it take till the next day to update?

Question: How can I see how many times a movie is shared "since midnight today" not yesterday or last week.

For domains that we haven't received analytics data from before it can take up to 24 hours for them to show up since our analytics engine needs to do special processing. From that point forward analytics show up within 20 seconds on the live view page and in 10-20 minutes for other pages.

To get shares for today do a custom date range of just today. That should show the number of times a link has been shared since midnight tonight.
